Grainger House in Newcastle was a typical example where the property was no longer fit for purpose as a modern office due to the property's age and secondary location, however its size and proximity to the train station meant the property lent itself well to being used as budget accommodation. Praders team created a feasibility study to advise on the future strategy and bring the properties value back in line with lending requirements.
